Commercial Mechanical Engineering

We have been offering mechanical engineering services to businesses for over 20 years. We excel in plumbing, heating and associated control and mechanical requirements, and in designing, installing and carrying out the routine maintenance for our commercial and industrial clients based in London and the South East.

Fault Finding

Our engineers have a wealth of experience and knowledge of commercial heating problems and are very apt at investigating, surveying and identify any kind of system fault. Whether detecting a major leak from a burst pipe to the malfunctioning of a complex control system our engineers are able to offer a solution.

Maintenance Contracts

We can set up Contracts or alternatively provide a one-off service relating to maintenance and repairs. We can carry out maintenances annually or biannually. As part of the maintenance service we provide our engineers can carry out surveys of entire systems or just focus on a particular problematic area. Our engineers will provide a written report and propose a cost effective solution.

Design Service
